Just so romantic! Explore these Spanish Castles with hidden staircases, the avenue of tall teak trees and thousands of different species of flora and fauna that sets the scene in this magical enchanted story book. Be guided through with the entertaining and knowledgeable staff from the park and have some lunch in the café or bring your own picnic lunch to have on the open grass area opposite the Mena Creek Falls.

After that showstopping drama, what could be better than a relaxed drive to the sandy shores of Etty Bay? Home to the legendary cassowaries. These old dinosaur birds are absolutely fantastic! No absolute guarantees to see one as they are free sentient beings that roam freely, as it should be. So it’s the luck of the draw. The Bay itself is very nice and is an absolute must visit in my book.

Now we are ready for some more magic and an afternoon swim. Meander through the path (750 meters) to what can only be described as God’s Kingdom. Breathe it all in. The water cascading down all the levels, the trees and boulders of smooth granite rock. What’s your choice ? Climb over and around the rocks? Swim in the refreshing pools? Slide down the slippery slidey rock? Discover my not so secret flat rock for some yoga style meditation ? Or you can head up the track to the higher ground to see it from a different angle. Whatever takes your fancy.
