Truly one of Adelaides’ most enchanting drives. Take it all in as we navigate through the splendour of Chain of Ponds, and
stop for morning tea at the lovely Fold Birdwood Café for a very morish cake and coffee and a lovely quaint time.
A quick selfie stop at The Rocking horse then onto The National Motor Museum, a fun and interesting stop for the whole family. We will stop here for 1.5 hours.

Back on the road again traversing the Onkaparinga Valley Road taking in wineries, roadside stalls and charming townships such as historic Mount Torrens, Charleston, Woodside, Balhannah, Verdun and reaching Hahndorf to be transported straight to the streets of bustling Dusseldorf, Adelaide style.
Hahndorf is the oldest Germanic settlement in Australia founded in 1838 by German Lutherans. Explore more than 100 shops including a chocolatier, bakeries, restaurants and cafes, and it’s own fairy garden. Watch out for the quirky installations including the booted legs upside down on the footpath. We will stop here for lunch.
